The factory covering area is 60,000 square meters and production area is 12,000 square meters. We currently have about 170 people inside the factory with a daily capacity of 8,000 to 10,000 pieces. It's equipped with 10 single need quilting machines and 3 multi needle quilting machines. Youmian Company in Vietnam has a production area of 9,300 square meters and 200 workers, 11 single needle quilting machines and 3 multi needle quilting machines with a daily capacity of 5,000-7,000 pieces. So far, the main customers we have produced for are: Walmart, Costco, Korean Lotte, and Nitori, Aeon from Japan. We have a professional management team, skilled employees, mature and flexible supply chain both in China and Vietnam.We have a 220 square meters showroom and camera booth for samples.
